How We Use Sources
Primary Research
All factual health claims are sourced from PubMed-indexed peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses published in the last 10 years where possible.
Clinical Guidelines
Treatment recommendations and clinical protocols are cross-referenced against current ACOG, CDC, and WHO guidelines before publication.
Regular Updates
