Did you know that having a strong pelvic floor can lead to a better sex life? You have to work a lot on the pelvic floor to be able, for example, to enhance our orgasms and our pleasure.

What pelvic floor exercises help me improve orgasms?

  1. Sit on the floor with a cushion or towel.
  2. Roll it up and place it between your legs.
  3. Maintain a good posture: sit on the gluteal bones.
  4. Now, imagine that you really want to pee. You have to try to resist the urge and, in this way, manage to contract and, therefore, strengthen your pelvic floor.
  5. The movement you make always has to be upwards, never pushing downwards.
  6. Contract for five seconds and relax for another 10.
  7. Repeat this exercise 10 times at three different times of the day.
  8. Important: when doing this type of exercise you tend to contract the abdomen, but it is preferable to avoid it so that the pelvic floor works.
